1. Interview candidates

2. Time arrangement

Candidates need to arrive at the interview test center at 11:00 am on January 15, 2022, and bring their second-generation ID card to the waiting room for registration. Fourth, the interview content

 

The interview is conducted in a structured interview method. The interview content includes professional knowledge and comprehensive quality. It mainly tests the basic quality of the candidates and the professional level and ability to meet the requirements of the recruitment position. The full score of the interview score is 100 points, and the pass score of the interview score is 60 points. Those who do not reach the pass score line of the interview score will not be employed.

 

5. Instructions for candidates

 

1. On the day of the interview, candidates must bring their ID cards, and do a good job in the epidemic situation in accordance with the requirements of the "Benxi Shuidong Tourism (Group) Co., Ltd.'s Public Recruitment of Management Trainees to Interview Candidates for New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control" (Annex 2) prevention and control work. According to the national and Liaoning Province epidemic prevention and control dynamic regulations, appropriate adjustments will be made to the interview-related work arrangements when necessary. Candidates are requested to pay attention to self-health management in the near future. 2. Candidates enter the interview test center and strictly abide by the interview discipline.

 

3. The interview is managed in a closed manner. After entering the test center, no noise or walking around is allowed. It is strictly forbidden to bring items unrelated to the interview into the waiting room and the interview room. Before the interview, you need to cooperate with the staff to conduct a security check. After the mobile phone and other communication devices are turned off, the staff will keep them uniformly. Those who do not carry communication equipment and use it without authorization will be disqualified from applying for employment once found.

 

4. The interview time for each candidate shall not exceed 10 minutes. After the interview is completed and the results are confirmed, you must leave the interview test center immediately, not to return again, and not to stay near the interview test center, otherwise the interview results will be invalid.

 

5. Candidates are not allowed to wear industry uniforms and accessories with obvious signs. During the whole interview process, you are not allowed to disclose your name, admission ticket number, ID number and other information to the interviewer.
